Option Gets Cut Off in Dictation Provider Dropdown

Describe the bug

While selecting the Dictation Provider from the dropdown, the "Eleven Labs" option is getting cut off, making it unselectable.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Go to Settings
• Click on Chat
• Scroll down to Dictation Provider
• Try selecting the Eleven Labs option

Expected behavior

Users should be able to see and select all available options without any of them being cut off.
