Goose macOS icon is larger than other apps

Install block-goose app via homebrew on macOS

Expected behavior
I'd want the icon to be the standard size for macOS (first and third party) app icons

I think this problem was introduced recently; I didn't previously notice any discrepancy about the size.

I think this is related to that the newer versions of macos do have larger icons so we made ours bigger but that doesn't seem to quite work on older ones then

Small plan for the same.

1. Modify prepare.sh to have icons for size 16x16 and 22x22.
2. Detect MacOS Version to decide Icon
3. Update const createTray function with right icon.

Is the fix supposed to be present in the current homebrew cask? I have 1.15.0 installed via homebrew and still have this issue.

@spencrmartin I think you may be thinking of a different icon-related change, since I don't see any PRs that claim to fix this issue; the only app-icon-related change I see since 1.13 is a redesign that doesn't affect the size.
