- Add detection for manual window collapse in resize handler - Reset isExpanded state when window is manually resized smaller - Update originalWidth when manually collapsed - Allows repeated expansion after user resizes window back to small size - Add debug logging for manual collapse detection
- Remove toggleWindow() calls when closing diff side panel - Window now stays at current size when side panel closes - Only expand window when opening side panel, never when closing - Fixes issue where manually resized window would grow when closing panel
