Add back session cost tracker originally from #2992
Brought over the code as is from the now unused
ChatViewtohub. Unclear if we need to make the same changes inpair.tsx. AlsoChatInputandhubandpairare getting large and have duplicated code. We will need to come back to these and refactor and optimize.
