docs: add Goose Quick Tip (Slot 1)

Summary

Added a new Quick Tip to the Goose documentation:
Use goose dev for faster feedback during development.
This helps speed up the development cycle and avoids running full builds unnecessarily.

This is my first contribution to Goose 🚀, happy to be part of Hacktoberfest!

I've updated the Quick Tips to only include verified Goose functionality.

• Removed unverified commands like goose dev and goose shortcuts.
• Added tips on automating tasks safely and using context files (.goosehints) to save preferences.

im not familiar with these commands, and i'm unsure they exist. please educate me or write different goose tips. thanks!

I'm not sure I understand the change here. I don't disagree with the documented advice, but it doesn't point out a key feature of goose to use to solve something, or get at a specific problem.
