Summary
Noticed an edge case with the sidebar "new chat" where it was not allowing another new chat after starting a recipe if it doesn't have any messages. Recipes should be ignored from this logic because they have their own naming from the recipe name. Also updated it to update the new recipe session to the recipe name right away instead of after it has a message.
