Looks like block#7247 replaced the real streaming implementation with execute_command + stream_from_single_message, which collects all CLI output before emitting a single message. Summary
Looks like #7247 replaced the real streaming implementation with execute_command + stream_from_single_message. Restore the try_stream! based implementation.
Also removes dead code left behind.
