Rewrite extension to use ACP #27
Description
This extension currently relies on deprecated protocols in Goose. ACP is the selected replacement to make these capabilities available across other surfaces.
Right now, Goose does not expose session/load, which means sessions started in VS Code will not persist across reloads.
Once ACP support is complete, this extension will become a thin UI layer between VS Code and Goose, with all heavy lifting and processing delegated to Goose via ACP.
Status: Blocked on block/goose#5916.
