otel-collector distribution used for bloomin' labs' infrastructure components

the repo consists of a couple different distrubtion:

infrastructure - opentelemetry collector that is used for the infrastructure nodes

Usage

bloominlabs-otel-collector is built using Earthly. See the build targets in the Earthfile for more details.
