This minimizes execution time for modifying /var/log files.
Before doing this recursively, it would fail on some files. This prevents the step from failing the playbook completely

/etc/securettyis still not correct according to Rapid7. The rule to fix this does exist, but it doesn't seem to work the way we think it should work
