Concise logging
The new default concise logging mode only generates one line per day in the log file. It indicates the number of executions as well as if any updates were performed for each run. A hyphen means no updates. A 4 means at least one ipv4 update was sent. A 6 means at least one ipv6 update, and the letter A means both.
Better help.
Default config file now works if nothing specified on command line. Fixed config file parsing and now support multiline comments. Better commandline help text. Verbose logging now more informative.
