Issue #103 states: "Revising it so that it has a more ontological structure." What does this mean? Using rdfs:subClassOf instead of skos:narrower and skos:broader? What else?

Is the goal to use specific OWL reasoning tasks? Or is the goal to edit the ontology in Protégé? These are not necessarily conflicting goals but I'd like to clarify our main focus.
