This is a repo that contains a vocabulary to describe why data values in RADx datasets are not present. The vocabulary was developed by @graybeal as part of the RADx project.
To build the vocabulary, edit mvreasons.xlxs and push the changes to this repo. This will trigger the build of mvreasons.ttl
