Why should this feature exist?
就是 bsc.log.2024-xx-xx_xx 这个日志文件, 理论上如果节点同步不出问题的话是不需要保留太久的日志吧

Go-Ethereum has provided some flags to only retain a limited time of log, refer: ethereum/go-ethereum#26843
It has been supported on BSC as well, to try log file rotate with Geth's flags:
1.remove the Node.LogConfig filed from config.toml, so the BSC's dedicate logger will not be created.
2.add these arguments to start your node:

--log.rotate --log.maxage 30 --log.file <logPath>

But we did not use these flags before, may have potential bug, we can double check.

And we can consider to add an option MaxBackups in config.toml, similar to --maxbackups:

MaxBackups = 240

MaxBackups means the log file that would be retained, by default it would be 0, which means there is no limitation.
If set MaxBackups = 240, only logs of the most recent 240 hours(10 days) would be kept, since the default rotate time is 1 hour.
