I know that the list is used by people from different parts of the world who speak different languages, I will support all users as much as possible, but please adhere to the language standard when compiling the report - try to write in English.
Please respect other people.

Report

Breaking is not uncommon, and if something is missing on the page, something that was there before, make sure the problem is caused by the Fuck Fuckadblock before reporting it. You should understand that the phrase "Disable your adblocker/antivirus/firewall and refresh the page" should be perceived by you as "take off your pants and stand in the doggie style position", never disable them, at least on the main computer. It is better to use a virtual machine for testing, if this is not possible, then disable only the Fuck Fuckadblock subscription, while leaving the other subscriptions, and if a problem is really there, then go make a report. If the problem is not in the Fuck Fuckadblock, but in some other subscription, then please disable your filters in order. Did you disable one filter, check it, there's no problem? Please enable it and go to another filter, etc. If you find a problematic filter, write it to developers about it, not to me. But sometimes there are minor breakages on the site that occur when using my list, which I'm not going to fix.

Pop-ups with advertisements, they are all solvable, except for:

  • Annoying notifications/alerts in browsers. They are not related to advertising, but judging by the reaction of users, they are no less concerned. You can read more information here.
  • Independent (without your direct actions) opening sites with advertising. In this case, this behavior means that your computer is infected with a virus. My list in this case will not help you much, the only thing I can advise you is to check your computer for viruses (I recommend, ESET NOD32 or Dr. Web, install one of them). Please also pay attention to the plugins and extensions in your browser, you may find unknown add-ons, they may be advertising. And since we are talking about antiviruses, you can also check the link using online services.

Anti-adblock scripts can also be bypassed, but some people mistakenly perceive paid content (paywall) as anti-adblock. They are similar, with one difference, if the site has paid content, then the content on the site is paid, and it's not always possible to bypass this and I can't help you with this, although you can try to find a solution here.

Before sending a report

  • Look maybe your issue is already solved.
  • Other help:
    • Check if you only have one adblocker enabled.
    • Check if you are subscribed to the Fuck Fuckadblock.
    • Check if the Fuck Fuckadblock list is enabled.
    • Try updating or re-subscribing to the Fuck Fuckadblock list.
    • Restore the default settings in your adblocker (by making a backup), subscribe to this list again and try to reproduce the issue now.
    • Disable all extensions except your adblocker.
    • Try to reproduce this issue in any other browsers (and do all the above steps there).
    • Check the hosts.txt file, it should be pristine, if it is not, return the default values.
    • If you're using DNS-level ad blocking (it is forbidden!), try reproducing the issue with your default DNS and/or non-ad-filtering DNS.

If you have done all of the above and your problem remains, then make a report about your problematic site.
I would also be grateful if you checked the links that you publish using online antivirus software and if you find potentially dangerous content on the page, inform about it in the report. Also, please do not upload any images/screenshots to your report and in the comments to your report. When making out your problem, use only words, if necessary, I myself will ask you about recording a video/taking a screenshot.

Unsupported sites

Some sites I can't add.

Read a detailed article on unsupported sites.

Known issues

  • Breaks social and media block lists, for example Fanboy's Social Blocking List, AdGuard Social Media filter.
  • Breaks GDPR window blocking lists and cookie-banners, for example I don't care about cookies, EasyList Cookie List.
  • Leaves blank spaces from blocked advertising.
  • Leaves unblockable ads.
  • Breaks download buttons on some video frames.

To avoid problems with the Fuck Fuckadblock

  1. Unsubscribe from the Fuck Fuckadblock.
  2. Find the best solution to your problems with anti-adblock/pop-up windows on https://adblockplus.org/en/subscriptions/, https://github.com/, https://gitlab.com/ or https://filterlists.com/, for example.
    or
  3. Open the request logger and manually block a domain with ads, most often from Google, for a specific domain.
  4. Use the eyedropper to block empty space from ads, cookie-banners, GDPR windows and social media networks.

Unsupported and semi-supported products

Adblock and Adblock Plus

These extensions have functional limitations. Most of the scriptlets that I use in this sheet are not provided for in the extensions in question, they will only appear there when the authors of these extensions write them, and until then, the Fuck Fuckadblock list is not supported for Adblock and Adblock Plus.
Any forks created based on these two extensions will also not work with my list.

AdGuard Content Blocker

This application does not and will not have scriptlets support, which means that Fuck Fuckadblock cannot work there.

Brave Shields

Although this software has a similar syntax to the uBlock Origin extension, you will not be able to install the Fuck Fuckadblock filter list there and the simultaneous use of uBlock Origin or Adguard with Brave Shields will cause compatibility issues (false positives will occur).

iOS and macOS

Based on the fact that Apple operating systems are all castrated, and taking into account the constant reduction of user APIs and the refusal to add them, which will be necessary to block ads, full functionality on these operating systems is not guaranteed. At the moment, ad blocking in iOS and macOS is carried out at the most primitive level. Only simple ads are removed, and complex modifiers in ad blocking programs are not provided for these operating systems. You can track the addition of the Blocking API here, you will need BlockingResponse and Blocking requests.

VPN programs and AdGuard for Windows/Mac/Android

It is not recommended to use Virtual Private Network (VPN) programs with AdGuard for Windows/Mac/Android. The use of such a software package is usually not a very good idea, because VPN applications encrypt network requests, and this in turn means that the content of internet pages will not be filtered. Any lists with filters will be useless when using the AdGuard program with VPN, but not with the AdGuard extension. If you still want to use such the bundle, then install the AdGuard AdBlocker extension in your browser.

Blocking by DNS with AdGuard for Windows/Mac/Android and uBlock Origin

The use of third-party DNS servers is fraught with problems with sites/applications that can begin to work incorrectly when filtering Internet pages in general. Avoid using third-party DNS servers, servers with DNS-level ad filtering make my list useless, since many advertising domains that allow me to bypass annoying notifications about blocked ads will be blocked by these servers and will not get into AdGuard for Windows/Mac/Android or the uBlock Origin browser extension.
Pay attention to the fact that this applies not only to third-party servers, but also to your servers from the provider, of course, if you have deployed a program for filtering DNS requests, because any filtering of the DNS requests will be cause false triggering.

In addition, switching the automatic DNS received from your Internet provider to third-party DNS resolvers, even to non-filtering ones, for example from Google or from Cloudflare, can have an extremely negative impact on your work on the Internet. Yes, you can do this in specific cases to get a certain effect in certain conditions, but in most cases the cache of this server is important. And the DNS server closest to you is the DNS server provided by your Internet provider. In other words, you will slow down your Internet connection yourself, but you will hide from your provider the name of the sites you are trying to go to, but the IP addresses of these sites will not be hidden, he will see exactly where the connection is going.
