scaffolds.NR.min_500bp.fa.abd.rdp.txt --> scaffolds.NR.min_500bp.abd.rdp.txt
scaffolds.NR.min_500bp.fa.abd.rdp.txt.krona --> scaffolds.NR.min_500bp.abd.rdp.krona.txt
scaffolds.NR.min_500bp.fa.abd.rdp.txt.krona.html --> scaffolds.NR.min_500bp.abd.rdp.krona.html

@loic-couderc Yes perfect. If the rdp and krona files are tabular files you can even specify further by using .tab instead of .txt
