Clear pacman.conf noextract rules #18
Description
The Arch docker image has multiple noextract rules, which can lead to unwanted effects and difficult to debug problems, like not being about to use additional languages, despite having the necessary packages installed. These include locales, mirrorlists, help and man files. It would make sense to clear some or even all of these rules.
