The following functions have multiple rows in the custom function hierarchy table.

Hi! My name is Ilse I want to run Burrito with these data, but it did not work, actually I already check all my files, and I don't know what is wrong with them. These data came from a previous analysis with picrust2 and DADA2 for 16S metagenomics sequences from gut microbiota. Also I attached a Google drive link with my files, in order to replicate this error.
Hope you can help me to know what is wrong with this issue, since I already performed all previous analysis twice
Sincerely,
Ilse

Sorry for the delay. I just got a chance to a look at your data, and the only thing I had to fix was to remove the "sample_" prefix from the sample IDs in the function attribution table. Once I did that, I was able to run BURRITO with your data. Please let me know if this fix works for you.

Sorry, I removed the prefix "sample_" but I still having problems charging Burrito.
Now it doesn't show me an error o message, but only keeps the charge in number 2, for hours and days.
Could you please help me with this new issue?

If it's still the same dataset that you shared in the Google Drive link, then the dataset should work fine (once you've removed the "sample_" prefix). If it looks like BURRITO is stuck during the data processing stage (sounds like on the second step), then it may be an issue with your internet connection or possible firewall issues. If you've been trying this on WiFi, then I would recommend using a wired connection. If you have been using a wired connection, then I would suggest trying on a different network if possible.
