- The original patch was incompatible with this version (1.88.0). This commit updated the patch to address the incompatibility.

Update ECS agent to upstream v1.88.0.
I had to update the patch
0005-bottlerocket-change-execcmd-directories-for-Bottlero.patchbecause it is not compatible with the version 1.88.0.Testing done:
