Update docker-engine to v25.0.6: https://github.com/moby/moby/releases/tag/v25.0.6

Testing done:

make ARCH=aarch64 && make ARCH=x86_64

Built aws-ecs-1, aws-ecs-2 variants with personal publication of kit built with these changes. Tested:
