After updating TypeScript and eslint some rules were had to be replaced by new ones.
This lead to new warnings.

The .eslintrc.json should be adjusted with proper rules to guarantee a consistent coding style.

After adjusting the .eslintrc.json all warnings should be eliminated.

Most rules already applied in V0.0.5.

Some more will be coming in later versions, so the V0.0.5 release will be not blocked by this.
