Originally opened as adobe/brackets#3716

We just merged a fix from@DennisKehrig to make it so the user is notified when live development is cancelled because they opened dev tools in the browser or closed the browser tab. It's using the default "twipsy" appearance from Bootstrap 1.4, so it looks like this:

I figured@larz0 might want to tweak the look :) Also, we should probably consider making the text larger so it's easier to see.

The twipsy fades out after 5 seconds, btw.

@larz0 - if you want to see it in action, the steps are:

  • Open an HTML project (e.g. the Getting Started project)
  • Click on the live development button to open the page in Chrome
  • In Chrome, open dev tools or close the browser window
  • Switch back to Brackets

(The twipsy doesn't fade out until after the Brackets window regains focus, so if you end up staying in the browser for awhile before switching back, you'll still see it.)

@larz0 It should be working again with the latest version of Chrome (it was broken for a few versions). Take a look.
