Originally opened as adobe/brackets#7233

  1. Open an invalid Inline Editor like cubic-bezier()
  2. Change it to a valid one like cubic-bezier(0, 0, 0, 0)
  3. Then quickly (while the fadeout animation is still running, you only have 0.7s) change it back again to an invalid one.

Result: The hint is hidden
Expected: The hint should be shown again

I'll take a look myself first.
