[design] move Next Chapter button to the right

It seems unnatural that the Next Chapter button is at the bottom left of the text column, and the Table of Content button is at the bottom right. Because of the left-to-right reading order in English, it would be more appropriate to have the action that goes forward (to the next page) be on the right, and vice-versa.
