Close the current tab keyboard shortcut stopped working on Nightly/Beta #12142

Description

Both close the current tab keyboard shortcut (Ctrl + W and Ctrl + F4) stopped working on Brave Nightly/Beta builds. It still working on stable build. Please, note that I'm a Linux user and do not have a Windows/Mac box to test it on other OS.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Brave Nightly
  2. Hit Ctrl + W or Ctrl + F4

Actual result:

Nothing happens.

Expected result:

It should close the current tab.

Reproduces how often:

Always.

Brave version (brave://version info)

Brave 1.17.31 Chromium: 86.0.4240.80 (Oficial version) nightly 64 bits
Revision 7ed88b53bda45a2d19efb4f8706dd6b6cad0d3af-refs/branch-heads/4240@{#1183}
OS Linux

Version/Channel Information:

  • Can you reproduce this issue with the current release?
    No.
  • Can you reproduce this issue with the beta channel?
    Yes.
  • Can you reproduce this issue with the nightly channel?
    Yes.

Other Additional Information:

  • Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Shields?
    No.
  • Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Rewards?
    No.
  • Is the issue reproducible on the latest version of Chrome?
    Not with the stable build. But I didn't test with beta/dev/canary.
