Description

From @wknapik:

If you start with a fresh profile, click on the bat icon, choose "take a quick tour" and complete it, then when you click "start using brave rewards", it wants to take you through the same tour + 1 more panel. if you skip it, you don't get to see the panel where you choose how many ads to see per hour. if you don't skip it, you have to see all the same content again.

I've reproduced this as well. The counter-intuitive part is essentially this: If you are convinced by the "take a quick tour" and then decide to opt in right afterward, you'll basically go through the same tour again (except with an extra screen to select ads frequency).

Design team can eventually revisit Rewards onboarding.
