Proxy spellcheck dictionaries

[pilgrim-brave]

On platforms without a system-wide spellchecking service, spellcheck dictionaries are downloaded on demand when the user adds a new language in preferences. These files should be hosted on a Brave server.

Current URL is https://redirector.gvt1.com/edgedl/chrome/dict/ plus one of the following filenames:
