Support editing known networks in Android network settings page

List all networks and allow editing known networks too, such as its RPC URL.
And in the list:
Known networks should not be removable.
Custom networks overriding known ones should be resettable to known.
Custom networks overriding known ones should take place of known ones in lists(settings and wallet).
