Found while testing #29712

Steps to Reproduce

1. Clean profile 1.52.x
2. Select all the 3 options one by one from brave://settings/web3
3. Create a wallet
4. Open brave://local-state
5. The metrics Brave.Wallet.EthProvider.3 and Brave.Wallet.SolProvider are NOT shown when the wallet is set up

Actual result:

The metrics Brave.Wallet.EthProvider.3 and Brave.Wallet.SolProvider are NOT shown when the wallet is set up

Expected result:

The metrics Brave.Wallet.EthProvider.3 and Brave.Wallet.SolProvider should be shown when the wallet is set up
