Uninstall Leo AI PWA with delete data doesn't remove saved conversation

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Leo AI PWA
2. Create a bunch of new conversations
3. Open brave://apps and right click on Brave AI and select Uninstall
4. Select checkbox to remove data
5. Open Leo in full page view
6. All conversations are retained
