Steps to Reproduce

Note: The webview crash is not immediate.

1. Clean install
2. Open https://www.dobreprogramy.pl/Jak-obnizyc-temperatury-lub-zwiekszyc-wydajnosc-procesora-Poradnik-do-ThrottleStop,News,91886.html
3. Wait 60 seconds
4. Scroll the page

Actual result:

Page is frozen, cannot scroll the page
Page is unresponsive modal is shown
Page Crashes after pressing Exit page on Page is unresponsive modal

Noticed on if I visit this page with Chrome I'm being prompted to allow notifications, but Brave doesn't get to that point. Not sure if related?

This change brave/adblock-lists@80a338c would affect this. wp.pl was removed from the disconnect list. Can you re-test @btlechowski ? does it still occur?
