Whoops - forgot to merge this after merging brave/brave-core#3408... looking at the conflict now

Removed commit for short length on Windows after #6049 was merged (which caused conflicts).

This was supposed to be merged at the same time I merged the brave-core part (brave/brave-core#3408). Approved! 😄
