Yes

Describe the issue you encountered:
Visiting https://brianbondy.com/ , I turned on script blocking then turned shields off. The view still blocked scripts.

Expected behavior:
The scripts should not be blocked and the page content should display as usual.

  • Platform (Win7, 8, 10? macOS? Linux distro?):
    Tested on Ubuntu and OS X.
  • Brave Version:
    0.11.2 RC2
  • Steps to reproduce:
    1. Visit https://brianbondy.com/
    2. Turn on script blocking
    3. Turn off shields

@diracdeltas - I was unable to reproduce with our latest 0.11.3 RC2 build. I followed the same STR and no content was rendered.
