Change tab colour when a link is opened in a new tab

IE had an option to adding colours to tab when a link is opened in a new tab indicating the source of the tab. This would be helpful if there are a large number of tabs and to find from where the tab originated.

Page theme colour should be turned off if at all a similar feature is to be included.

Suggestion is not specific to session tabs but all tabs. #5643 is to a certain extent fixed with the new numbering scheme but still you can open multiple same session tabs. Links opened in normal tabs gets lost (mixed) and its quite hard to see which is the source tab.
