  Found on 0.17.16

• Steps to reproduce:

  1. Clean install 0.17.16
  2. Visit Netflix and view a video
  3. Enable payments
  4. Visit other sites and visit Netflix
  5. Netflix shows as views 0 and % 0

• Actual result:
  Sites visited before payment enabling is shown as 0 views

• Expected result:
  Calculation should be done properly

  Could be checked from 0.16.9 but was not able to reproduce it

Seeing this issue on visiting sites after payment is enabled. This is seen on 0.17.17 RC
