This add the missing license (brave/extension-whitelist#20) and whitelists 1PasswordX (fixes brave/extension-whitelist#18), TabDefrag (fixes brave/extension-whitelist#21), and GNOME Shell integration (fixes brave/extension-whitelist#26).
