Upgrading to v4.2

With 4.2 there are not many changes that need to considered when upgrading from 4.1. If you have customized configurable items in your weewx.conf, make sure to check the corresponding section in skin.conf, there might be new items, that you could miss, since they are overridden in weewx.conf.
