If you have not done so already, you will need to install the XCode select tools by running

If you recieve the following error `ld: library not found for -lssl` when installing you can
do one of the following to fix the issue.

* Add the path of the openssl lib dir to the `$LIBRARY_PATH` environement variable. You could do this by adding `export LIBRARY_PATH=$LIBRARY_PATH:/usr/local/opt/openssl/lib/` to your `.bash_profile`, `.zshrc`, etc. (If you used something other than homebrew to install openssl you'll need to replace `/usr/local/opt/openssl/` with the path to
