Describe the solution you'd like
Add the Descriptive Sensors that were in the previous version:

sensor.weatherflow_beaufort_description
sensor.weatherflow_uv_description
sensor.weatherflow_battery_mode
sensor.weatherflow_station_information

Describe alternatives you've considered
This can be done using helpers, but would require you now the text for a specific value.
