This PR adds support for stagehand agent execution through the API. The main change is in the agent() method where, when !options || !options.provider (the stagehand agent path), API routing is now enabled if this.usingAPI is true. Previously, the stagehand agent always executed locally via StagehandAgentHandler, but now it can route through the API client when configured to do so.
