- upgrade rpbasicdesign to 1.0.1
- add help field to each parameter
- add sanitizers + validators for string parameters
- add new tests for muconate and other tests for lycopene + add test data
- add max_enz_per_rxn option
- replace name field by argument
- make sbol outputs optional
- reformat boolean parameter by adding truevalue and falsevalue
