It works good for all extensions files but with photoshop files (PSD) it uses a lot of ram and windows 10 64bit closes (with crash) opened applications due to excessive use of ram during thumbs generation (after 5/10 minutes about). I have 64 Gb of ram!
I have a folder with over 3k of psd files. On folder with about 20/30 files works OK.
PSD preview is not native on windows and I use for this an external tool.
Generation of PSD file requires more resource than others extensions.

Probably the solution it to drop unnecessary memory of generated thumbs, or to slow down the speed. But you are the programmer :)

thank you

I can't reproduce this bug. I created a folder with 3.2k PSD files (10MB each). However, at the end of processing it use just about 15MB of RAM.
P.S. I use SageThumbs for PSD thumbnails.
