Maintain image on GitHub packages?

Heyo! I'd love to use this provisioner - I saw your note in the README that ecr is getting expensive. What about an automated build to host on GitHub packages alongside the repository? If you are down for this I could open a PR, and let me know the pattern of tags you would like!
