New

You can now add and configure sensors from the Integrations page (add them by the '+' - Set-up new integration).
Changes are then possible from within the integrations. This way, all changes are instant - you do not have to restart Home Assistant. You can also rename the sensor and change its entity_id.

The configuration from YAML remains unchanged!
