Summary

  • Bump version from 0.9.7 to 0.9.8
  • Update CHANGELOG.md with release notes
  • Refresh README and mdBook documentation

Checklist

  • Version updated in all manifests
  • CHANGELOG.md has release section with date
  • README reflects new features
  • Documentation updated (TUI, tools, docker, architecture)
  • All CI checks pass (fmt, clippy, 1427 tests)
  • Ready for tagging after merge

After merge: git tag v0.9.8 && git push origin v0.9.8
