Goal
Apple require that apps are built with a privacy manifest.
Flutter have not yet decided how to include or handle this.
This PR adds the manifest for the wrapped iOS notifier to a new directory:
packages/bugsnag_flutter/ios/Resources/PrivacyInfo.xcprivacyFrom there, developers can decide on how they want to handle it's inclusion in their Xcode project.
A note will be added to the flutter docs.
