I would like to suggest this change to add
BusyAgentPercentagemetric, similar toBusyAgentCountbut reported as the % of agents being busy at the moment.We have been using this metric for a while in our fork to enable TargetTrackingScaling and it's working very well, it may be useful for someone else.
