I modified a little to allow bundling dylib for macOS app and added extra step to embed the corresponding rpath into the binary as well .

osx_frameworks=[ "/path/to/some/libmy.dylib", "other.framework.as.in.previous.version" ]
no need to manually run install_name_tool any more.

Maybe it's also useful for other people like me.
