- Added yarn pnp.
- Replaced npm, npx and non cross-platform (&) with concurrently yarn:* in package.json
- Replaced rm -rf with cf (cross platform - there is a windows developer out there somewhere)
- Added ts-eager for dev, and esbuild for building.
