Generally, it would epic and debug what's going on here (what Go is doing so long). Ideally we should switch to native resolution of modules instead of complex and ever changing Go CLI mod internals.
But given we have soon more features for tool pinning from Go, might be low priority (: Thanks!

With the hot weather, I am experiencing some thermal throttling on my computer and
bingowill fail as some commands it runs are taking longer than 5 minutes.
